The apartement has 80㎡ and is very luminous. It has a living room, one big room and a bathroom. The kitchen is equiped with an oven, 4 burners and a fridge. You can see the photos and the disposition down under. The price is 600 € per month and 75 € of charges (water and central heating included, electricity not included).

There is a laundromat only 2 minutes walking. The trams 90 and 23 (that go to the Gare de Midi and the Gare du Nord) and the bus 71 (that go to the Gare Central) are only 4 minutes away.

The flat is not furnised but has lots of closets in the kitchen, the room and the bathroom. And also we won't be taking with us most of the furniture so we maybe can arrange something if you want.
